oggvideotools-dbg software package provides A toolbox for manipulating and creating Ogg video files (debug symbols), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install oggvideotools-dbg
oggvideotools-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the oggvideotools-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep oggvideotools-dbg *
You will get with oggvideotools-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
